Michael Barry

Michael Barry is a civil service system employee in the CIA. He worked for a time in the White House on the National Security Council staff before being ousted by John Bolton. Barry then returned to the CIA.[1][2]
Barry was put in place by National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster. Barry became the National Security Council’s chief intelligence officer in September 2017 and is the primary liaison between the NSC, which coordinates US national security policy, and the CIA. Barry once worked on a CIA assassination program.[3]
