Stephen Lee Fincher (born February 7, 1973 in Memphis, Tennessee) is a farmer and gospel music singer who was the Republican U.S. Representative-elect from Tennessee's 8th congressional district from 2011 to 2017, succeeding then-retiring Democrat John Tanner.
