David Frank Kustoff (born October 8, 1966, age 59) is an attorney and movement conservative Republican who currently represents Tennessee's 8th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives.

Early life and education
Kustoff was born in Shelby County, Tennessee in October 8, 1966 and raised there. He graduated from White Station High School, later attending and graduating from the University of Memphis with an undergraduate degree, soon opening his own law firm.
U.S. House of Representatives
2016 election
Kustoff ran for and easily won election to the United States House of Representatives in 2016, defeating Democrat Rickey Hobson by over 40% of the vote.[2]
2018 election
Kustoff easily won re-election in 2018 with over 60% of the vote.[3]
Tenure
Kustoff co-sponsored the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act in January 2017.[4]
Rep. Kustoff voted in favor of the No Sanctuary for Criminals Act.[5]
