Two-tier system
This is an old revision of this page, as edited by RobSmith (talk | contribs) at 00:08, March 6, 2021. It may differ significantly from current revision.
A two-tier justice system is a system that denies equality of rights under the law to all citizens and grants special privileges and status to one group of people while denying equal protections and due process rights to another.
One example of a two-tiered system are the Democrat Jim Crow laws of the 19th and 20th century; another example is the protections for lawbreaking afforded to Deep Staters and unjust harassment of Republican outsiders in the 21st century.
