The Robinson-Patman Act was an amendment to the Clayton Act which deals with price discrimination. Named after Sen. Joseph T. Robinson of Arkansas and Rep. Wright Patman of Texas, it restricts the activities of large businesses to prevent small businesses from being driven out of the market.[1]
