On June 23, 2023 the leader of the Wagner Group, Yevgeny Prigozhin claimed that the Wagner Group was entering Rostov-on-Don and told the Ministry of Defence not to oppose his army.
Territorial Changes
As of June 24, 2023 the Wagner Group has captured Rostov-on-Don and have reportedly taken control of Voronezh.
