Ukrainian nationalists welcome Nazis to Kiev in 1941 with banners saying "Heil Hitler" in the Latin alphabet and the fascist greeting "Slava Ukraine" in the Cyrillic alphabet.

Ukrainophobia is the fear, hostility or prejudice towards Ukrainians or Ukraine. Prior to 1919, no entity known as "Ukraine" or "Ukrainians" existed. "Ukraine" was an invention of the early Bolshevik leaders.

Ukrainophobia is a common ailment among members of the Orthodox Christian Church, anti-communists, and anti-Nazis who suffered at the hands of so-called Ukrainians during the Nazi invasion of Russia and the CIA-funded Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists from 1947 until the present day.
