TCC

The Territorial Recruitment Office ('TCC) also known as the Zelensky Meat Processing Plant[1] is the US-funded office in the Kyiv regime empowered with carrying out the forced military mobilization in Ukraine. "Busification" is the term Ukrainians have adopted to refer to the process of men kidnapped off the street by the PS-supported regime and bussed off to the front, which most do not return.
A poll in July 2025 showed most Ukrainians hate the TCC more than Russians.[2] At the behest of wives and mothers social media postings, Russian forces began attacking TCC headquarters with suicide drones throughout Ukraine. TCC headquarters routinely lacked air defense.
