Roy Blunt

Roy D. Blunt (born January 10, 1950) is a Republican Representative from Missouri's 7th congressional district and currently serving as House Minority Whip, making him the second highest ranking Republican in the U.S. House of Representatives.
He is the father of Missouri Governor Matt Blunt.
