A craftsman is a very skilled worker in a traditional manufacturing occupation such as carpentry, masonry or cobbling, where a synergy of quality, beauty and durability creates an ideal product. The term craftsmanship now refers to primarily handmade items which excel expectations and have a higher value than mass-produced goods.
