Seduction

Seduction is the act of deceitfully luring someone into a romantic encounter for reasons other than genuine love. Common motives for seduction include money (so-called 'gold diggers'), or trapping politicians or other prominent figures into infidelity in order to blackmail them or damage their careers.
Famous seducers include Delilah, who used her feminine wiles to cause Samson's downfall in the Bible. In Dante's Inferno, seduction is categorised as a form of fraud.
