Adrian Smith

Adrian D. Smith ( Chicago, 1944 - ) is a Mexican-American architect. He worked with the firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) until 2006.
Adrian Smith was the project architect of the Burg Khalifa, built in Dubai (the tallest building in the world), other importatant works are the NBC Tower, Jin Mao Tower, General Motors Renaissance Center, Trump International Hotel and Tower, and Nanjing Greenland Financial Center.
Formerly known as Burj Dubai, the Burj Khalifa is a skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is the tallest man-made structure ever built (2010).
