Copyright?
What is the copyright status of this page? It does not identify its source or copyright, in violation of Conservapedia:Commandments rule #1. The USA State Department appears to have a partial licence to copy the text, provided a message is included.[1] I don't know if that is where this copy comes from, or whether it is available by other means under a different licence, but this suggests not.
