Brazil court v. X is an attempt by a judge on the Brazil Supreme Court to impose liberal censorship against X in spring 2024. This censorship is occurring while Brazil is under socialist control by President Lula.
In April 2024, one Justice of the Supreme Court of Brazil ordered Elon Musk to close the accounts of people who were supposedly spreading disinformation, but Musk has properly refused.
