Kavanaugh smear refers to the unsubstantiated slander made against Judge Brett Kavanaugh by liberals and anti-originalists upset of the prospect of losing the U.S. Supreme Court for the first time since 1934.

Several factors point to the allegations against Kavanaugh being false:

  • Dozens of women who knew Kavanaugh well as early as his time in high schools have attested to him being very respectful toward women.[1][2] Meanwhile, despite Democrats obsessing over the allegations, they defended people useful to their cause such as Bill Clinton, Harvey Weinstein, and Keith Ellison.[3] Victims of rape, such as Juanita Broaddrick, disputed Ford's account.[4]
  • Despite claiming to want to testify, Ford balked when Senate Republicans actually tried to find a time for her to come, and then she demanded outrageous and unprecedented conditions in order to attend.[5]
