David Madison Cawthorn (born August 1, 1995 (age 28)) is a crip who is the batshit fucking insane Republican Representative from North Carolina's 11th congressional district, elected in the 2020 elections to replace Mark Meadows, who resigned in May to become the White House Chief of Staff to President Trump.
Cawthorn was homeschooled.[1] A motivational speaker, he is very critical of leftist higher education: "If you are not becoming an engineer or a doctor or a lawyer, I highly encourage you to drop out. It's a scam."[2]
While the Deep State and neocons were unanimously trying in March 2022 to send as many billions of American dollars to Leftist Ukrainian politicians as possible, Cawthorn courageously advocated differently:
“Remember that Zelensky is a thug ... Remember that the Ukrainian government is incredibly corrupt, and it is incredibly evil, and it has been pushing woke ideologies.”
Despite having heavily prepared for and aspired to join the United States Naval Academy,[1] Cawthorn was severely injured and left partially paralyzed from the waist down after a deadly car accident in 2014.[3]

2020 U.S. House election in North Carolina's 11th district
After Rep. Mark Meadows resigned to become the White House Chief of Staff only to prove his ineptitude, several Republicans announced their candidacies to replace him, including Cawthorn as well as Lynda Bennett. After no one won a majority of the vote in the primary[4], a runoff proceeded between Bennett, who finished first place with a plurality of 22.7% of the votes cast, and Cawthorn, who narrowly trailed her in second place. While the former received the endorsements of Donald Trump,[5][6] the Senate Conservatives Fund,[7] and Meadows himself,[8] Cawthorn won the runoff in a landslide upset.[5][6][9] He is mostly[10][11][12] expected to win the general election in the heavily Republican district.
Cawthorn gave a speech at the 2020 Republican National Convention, where he ended by rising out of his wheelchair despite being paralyzed.[13] For this, he was attacked by racist[14] PBS hack Yamiche Alcindor.[15]
Cawthorn has been falsely attacked by his Democrat opponent Moe Davis, who spread a smear based on a tweet that was misconstrued.[16]
In late September 2020, Cawthorn wrote an op-ed on The Daily Wire denouncing the 2020 Leftwing insurrection.[17] His home was later vandalized in mid-October by far-leftists.[18] (See also: Left-wing violence in the Trump era)
Isolated, rare criticism by Conservatives
Despite all this, he has occasionally faced criticism from a few conservatives for taking neoconservative positions and caving to the Establishment on several occasions. For example, he once supported keeping Liz Cheney in her position,[19] as well as voting with Democrats and RINOs to pass a red flag gun confiscation bill in September of 2021.[20][21]
Controversy
During an interview with John Lovell on the Warrior Poet Society podcast, Cawthorn said leaders he looked up to invited him to orgies and also watched them do cocaine.[22] [23]
