Morgan Freeman

Morgan Freeman (born 1937) is an African American film actor. Among the many films he has starred in are Glory, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, The Shawshank Redemption, Se7en, Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and Bruce Almighty (in which he played God).

Freeman criticized Black History Month in a 2005 interview with Mike Wallace on 60 Minutes. He told Wallace, "I don't want a Black History Month. Black history is American history."[1] When asked how to end racism, Freeman responded, "Stop talking about it. I'm going to stop calling you a white man, and I'm going to ask you to stop calling me a black man."
