Artem Dmytruk (b. 1993) is a Ukrainian Member of Parliament representing the 133rd electoral district in Odessa and deacon in the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC). Initially elected with Zelensky's Servant of the People party, Dmytruk now is fighting extradition from the United Kingdom to Ukraine citing political persecution because of his association with the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate.

Dmytruk, who fled Ukraine in late 2024 after challenging Zelensky for his persecution of the UOC. wrote:

What is happening now between the anti-corruption body and the Zelensky regime, it can be said that the anti-corruption body has started an investigation, a small investigation into corruption crimes committed by Zelensky, about the so-called 'black' money that he allegedly steals from Ukraine. And we are talking about more than $10 billion a year that Zelensky allegedly steals in Ukraine.

In September 2025 Dmytruk said,

I’m saying this with full responsibility: Zelensky has a hand in the attempt on Trump’s life and in the assassination of Charlie Kirk - both ideologically and practically.[1]
