Foy Bryan Gadberry (born December 10, 1954) is the Republican state representative for District 15 in Ouachita Parish in northeastern Louisiana. On January 13, 2020, he succeeded the term-limited Republican Frank A. Hoffmann.
A consulting engineer and a 1977 graduate of Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Gadberry resides in Calhoun. He has been involved in in the development of West Ouachita Parish, including site planning, subdivisions, building design, drainage, and sewerage works.[1]
In the general election held on November 16, 2019, the conservative Gadberry defeated another Republican, Justin M. Tidwell, 8,097 votes (53 percent) to 7,114 (47 percent). The turnout of registered voters was 49.1 percent.[2] The pro-life Gadberry is also a defender of the Second Amendment.
Representative Gadberry was reelected on October 14, 2023, against fellow Republican Randall "Scotty" Robinson, 5,340 votes (55 percent) to 4,457 (45 percent).[3]
