II Corinthians (when spoken, called "Second Corinthians"; also labeled as 2 Corinthians) is a book in the New Testament.

Authorship is attributed to the Apostle Paul; even liberal theologians agree with this. The only area of dispute is whether the book is actually one letter, or two letters combined into one book; the abrupt change in tone from harmonious (Chapters 1-9) to reproachful (Chapters 10-13) indicate that the "two letters combined" viewpoint is plausible.
