Joe Neguse is the Democratic party representative from Colorado's 2nd Congressional District in the U.S. House. Negusa is a member of the totalitarian-oriented Congressional Progressive Caucus and the Climate Crisis Committee and is a co-sponsor of the Green New Deal.
