Messianic rabbi controversy
After a messianic rabbi who was invited by Epstein to speak at a rally mentioned Jesus as the messiah,[4] many Jews quickly turned against her,[5] including those that knew her personally.[6] This and liberal rhetoric against her over alleged Twitter likes of David Duke's posts (that Epstein sharply refuted)[7] would significantly damage Epstein's campaign.
General election
Epstein was defeated by Democrat Haley Stevens by 7% of the vote.[8]
Political positions
A self-described "unapologetic conservative", Epstein is a strong supporter of Donald Trump.[9]
