Legal Battle

In 2011, LifeSiteNews is the target of a Canadian lawsuit that may shut them down. ‘Father of abortion’, Fr. Raymond Gravel, a Quebec Catholic priest is suing for libel. In a 2004 radio interview he said, "I am pro-choice and there is not a bishop on earth that will prevent me from receiving Communion, not even the Pope." He has defended both homosexuality, abortion and is suing LifeSiteNews for $500,000.[1]
