Randy Hultgren (born March 1, 1966 in Park Ridge, Illinois) is the former U.S. Representative for Illinois's 14th congressional district. Hultgren has been a U.S. Representative since 2011, when he succeeded Democrat Bill Foster, who he defeated in the 2010 election. Prior to serving in the U.S. House of Representatives, Hultgren served on the DuPage County Board, the Illinois State House, and the Illinois State Senate.
