A reviewer is someone who analyzes and judges a work of art or entertainment and presents his opinions to his audience via print or electronic media.

A good reviewer can help potential consumers tell whether they would enjoy the work or not regardless of whether the reviewer liked it or not.

Reviewers sometimes include a great deal of background information about the subject involved, or biographical information about the work's creator, making some kinds of reviews an art form of their own.
