There is a report being circulated on Twitter that Kelsey Mulka & Seth Rich had broken up the romance some weeks before the murder. Howver, if that is the case, it does not prove that the romance had no rekindled in July -- It may have been on again, off again. We don't know. It could be that on the night of Jul 9-10, 2:05-4:19, Seth was trying desperately to get Kelsey back. It was a very long phone conversation, with a break in the middle of only a few minutes. It has been reported that Seth had poor cell phone service indoors. Thus he may have stayed outside a long time to maintain his calls. It is a possible explanation that he was so desperately trying to get Kelsey back that he gave no heed to the danger of being outside. But this is speculation. Matt Couch (RealMattCouch on Twitter) has been posting derogatory posts about Kelsey Mulka, & I have no confidence in anything he says. He makes claims, but won't reveal sources; so I guess Matt thinks we shud believe him just because he says it. I think Couch is one of those who have put forth a supposed transcript of the final cell phone conversation for Kelsey and Seth Rich. The implication in the transcript is that Kelsey betrayed Seth Rich. The entire transcript looks like a stupid & vicious hoax to me. I would like to know what the origin of that transcript is.
