I suggest that Kavanaugh be demoted on (or even scrubbed from) this list. He, along with Roberts refused to hear a pair of cases on defunding Planned Parenthood, thus giving a major victory to that corrupt and downright evil company. :It's interesting; could be Kavanaugh felt a need to mend fences with the women's movement and prove he'd not "anti-woman." It shows that judges are not beyond politics, unless you want to believe those who claim to adhere to principles are hypocritical liars.
