Have in mind to clean up my recent changes including a better intro section with 2+ definitions and attempt to explain how 2 types of digital ID meet the defintion. Grateful for the community on this site. Requires tight combination of specialized knowledge of both the topic and how to layout in wikitext. Currently reading this book "Scanned" which is relevant.  May be something I can cut out later but an email address for a throw-away account in case it could make sense to be reached by community.
