I think now we understand why Trump & Musk appointed "[[neocon]] [[deep state]]r" Marco Rubio as Acting head of [[USAID]]: as former [[SSCI]] chair, he has as good a grasp as anybody on the [[GOP]] side of the tentacles of the $41 billion USAID budget. My only gripe about him was remaining silent about SSCI chair [[Mark Warner]]'s [[conflict of interest]] and [[witness tampering]] from April 2017 to October 2017 which helped to undermine the First Trump Presidency.
