Acting USAID head

I think now we understand why Trump & Musk appointed "neocon deep stater" Marco Rubio as Acting head of USAID: as former SSCI chair, he has as good a grasp as anybody on the GOP side of the tentacles of the $41 billion USAID budget. My only gripe about him was remaining silent about SSCI chair Mark Warner's conflict of interest and witness tampering with Christopher Steele and the Steele Dossier from April 2017 to October 2017 which helped to undermine the First Trump Presidency.
