:Yes, I asked a question about locked articles, but I don't see how that could possibly go against me. And there really aren't "so very few of them," the first edit I wanted to make I couldn't even do. I can see why you may feel the need to protect some articles more than others, but why sysop-only? :::Well, that's not very helpful then. Are you guys technically part of Wikipedia, or Wikia? From what I am seeing, it seems the former. You also don't have <nowiki>[[special:editcount]]</nowiki>, so I can't view my edits to make sure I'm following the rules. What are the other differences? If you know, that is.
