Could this be influencing your decision to not want Dawkins remarks highlighted?  Skeptic [[David Allen Green]] is of the opinion that the Elevatorgate scandal was notable. Plus, it was covered by some major press outlets. Lastly, I do think it is easier for the reader to not have to read the entire initial comments and then Dawkins subsequent explanation which made things worse in the main article.
