Submerged Trump voter

The "submerged" Trump voter is a theory of several pollsters that most polls are failing to register significant additional support for President Trump.[1]

The Trump effect, also seen in the referendum which passed Brexit (which did 5 points better than polls predicted), is a similar observation of this same phenomenon.
