Patrick Henry College and Federal Funds

According to this article [1], "Christendom remains one of 4 colleges – the only Catholic one – in America not to accept any Federal funds. Along with Grove City College, Hillsdale College, and Patrick Henry College, Christendom relies on the generosity and beneficence of alumni and donors for funding.", and PHC reminds prospective students:

"As a matter of institutional conviction, the College is governed by its Board of Trustees according to its Fundamental Statements and will not accept any funding, private or governmental, which dictate terms that supersede the Board’s authority or conflict with these Fundamental Statements. As a result, the College will not accept any governmental funding including U.S. Department of Education (Title IV) funding including their loan programs, state funding, ROTC scholarships or the G.I. Bill."

Because it doesn't accept federal funding, does that make it exempt from Title IX?--Whizkid 16:53, 4 April 2010 (EDT)

Expansion of Page

Keeping in mind Conservapedia's mission as an educational resource, I think we should give serious thought to expanding this page. Given the number of Conservapedia-users who are college bound, it's important to arm them with as much information as possible so that they can make an informed choice--and, ideally, get a great education at a good price without being forced to kowtow to the agendas of radical leftist professors. --Benp 13:37, 30 May 2010 (EDT)
