This is one reason NATO is sending F-16s to Ukraine - they want to force Russia to fire the S-500 in combat so they can monitor its capabilities, copy or reverse engineer it, look for vulnerabilities, and develop counter systems and measures.

In addition to being able to shoot down whole squadrons of low flying helicopters, the system likewise can explode a nuke in space to wipe a barrage of incoming nuclear ICBMs.

Operation Midas

So this is what the Operation Midas money laundering scheme is all about. They are trying to get a better read on how the S-500 works by sending $1 Billion and Mike Pompeo to Ukraine. [1]
