It seems this has become all about Art. So.... How about Landseer? How can there be a word of Victorian art without his The Monarch of the Glen? And I should mention D.G.Rossetti. Perhaps Turner qualifies... or those wonderfully horribly unsettling drawings that accompanied Alice in Wonderland etc., They are more a record of the Victorian Age than the artists selected.
