Notes About Organisms

I'm favored of type specimens, because I think type specimens are the most evolved form of the basal specimens. Snakes are still lizards because snakes are branched to the lizard order, however snakes have characteristics that lizards don't have, but still snakes are lizards. Lizards have different forms. "Lizards" in general, is informal term for reptiles as well as term "snakes". But snakes are lizards because snakes are branched to Squamata or order of lizards. But snakes are excluded in informal group lizards. So it shows here that there are two meanings of lizard. But in this case, lizards is the order Squamata or the informal "lizard" group (without snakes included) with snakes included. Flatfishes can also migrate their eyes to the opposite side. For instance a right-eyed flatfish can also be a left-eyed flatfish and left-eyed flatfish can also be a right-eyed flatfish.
