William Floyd “Bill” Weld is a liberal Republican Party politician. He served as Massachusetts governor and seeks to challenge conservative U.S. President Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election.

Weld supports creating a gender "X" option for birth certificates and IDs.[1] He is a member of the globalist Council on Foreign Relations.[2]
