Adam Schiff is a member of the United States House of Representatives from California and chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI). Schiff is known for what many have described as his psychotic stare.
In the 116th Congress, Schiff served as ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee tasked with looking into "Russian hacking" and the Obama administration's domestic political spying. In the aftermath of Hillary Clinton's 2016 Presidential election loss, Democrats, Obama intelligence operatives, and the Progressive media put out the fake news story Russians had hacked the election. Such reports were subsequently discredited.
Schiff memo
Schiff authored the infamous Schiff memo, claiming that the KGB
"in their approach to Papadopoulos, the Russians used common tradecraft and employed a cut-out,” a “Kremlin-linked…Maltese professor named Joseph Mifsud.”
Schiff has inspired the creation of multiple neologism, notably "bullschiff" in response to the Schiff memo.
