Adam Schiff is a member of the United States House of Representatives from California's 28th district and chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI). Schiff is known for what many have described as his psychotic stare. In 2018 it was reported Schiff sought to obtain nude photos of President Trump.[1]
In the 116th Congress, Schiff served as ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee tasked with looking into "Russian hacking" and the Obama administration's domestic political spying. In the aftermath of Hillary Clinton's 2016 Presidential election loss, Democrats, Obama intelligence operatives, and the Progressive media put out the fake news story that "Russians hacked the DNC." Such reports were subsequently discredited.
Schiff memo
Schiff authored the infamous Schiff memo, claiming that the KGB
"in their approach to Papadopoulos, the Russians used common tradecraft and employed a cut-out,” a “Kremlin-linked…Maltese professor named Joseph Mifsud.”
Schiff has inspired the coining of many neologisms, including "bullschiff" to describe the Schiff memo.
