Bill Belichick (born April 16, 1952, in Nashville, Tennessee) was perhaps the greatest coach in NFL history, winning six Super Bowls as the head coach of the New England Patriots (2001, 2003, 2004, 2014, 2016 and 2018) and two as an assistant coach of the New York Giants (1986, 1990). As of 2024, Belichick holds the NFL record for the most playoff wins (31) and has the second-most victories overall (333).[1] He is particularly known as one of the greatest defensive masterminds in NFL history.
