The Texas Rangers are a Major League Baseball team located in Arlington, Texas. They play in the American League, Western Division.

One of the more famous owners of the team was the 43rd, and current, President of the United States, George W. Bush, who owned the team for a period of time. The Rangers are the oldest Major League baseball team never to have played in the World Series.

Team

The Texas Rangers are a team known for having an explosive batting lineup that scores a lot of runs, but also a team that gives up a lot of runs with average or worse pitching. Some of the more famous players their lineup include aged certain to be baseball hall of framer Sammy Sosa and young rising stars such as Michael Young and Ian Kinsler. On the pitching side Kevin Millwood is considered the ace of the unit.
