Joe Heck (born March 3, 1961 in Jamaica, New York) is a pro-life osteopathic physician and former member of the Nevada State Senate. He is the Republican U.S. Representative-elect from Nevada's 3rd congressional district, defeating incumbent Democrat Dina Titus in the 2010 election.
