| + | The Knesset's ethics committee decided today (Monday) to reprimand only MK Ahmed Tibi (RAM-Ta'al) because of his trip to Libya and his meeting with its ruler, Muammar Gaddafi. The committee decided not to impose sanctions against the five other members of the Knesset who participated in the meeting, because This was the first time that such a complaint was filed against them. The discussion of the actual trip was transferred to the Knesset plenum. | ||

| + | The debate was held today following three contracts submitted due to the trip of six members of the Knesset to Libya in April. One was a receipt for traveling to an enemy country, the others involved traveling abroad funded by an external body without obtaining prior permission from the ethics committee. The committee decided to reprimand Knesset member Ahmed Tibi, given the fact that it had already approached him twice in the past in the context of traveling abroad without obtaining permission in advance . Knesset member Aryeh Eldad believed in a minority opinion that sanctions should be imposed on all six MKs for traveling without obtaining a permit. | ||

Ta'al (Arab Movement for Renewal) is an Arab-Israeli political party[1] led by Ahmad Tibi.[2] In previous two elections to the Knesset the party ran on a joint ticket with the United Arab List; together they won four seats,[3] but as of January 2021 they are no longer affiliated with them.
Already in 2002 it was pointed out:[4]Interesting in itself is the fact that Arab members of the Knesset, who demand that Israel behave according to strict standards of democratic openness (and often distort these standards beyond recognition in order to advance their national arguments), do not see fit to disapprove of the Arab oppressive regimes, or at most disapprove To put it mildly, from secondary aspects that those regimes "allow" to visit. Often they even bother to give these regimes a democratic "certificate".

Political positions
The party advocates, the Arabs who are considered "refugees" from the Israeli independence war to come to Israel, a move which if carried out would lead to an Arab majority in the country and its unification with the West Bank and the Gaza Strip as a result.[5] While Israeli has been facing Arab terror threats relentlessly. The party also supports the formation of a "Palestinian" state, despite the fact it is likely to pause a threat to Israel’s existence.[6]
Ta'al is closely allied with Palestinian terrorism, and its leader Ahmad Tibi was a staunch supporter of Yasir Arafat,[7] even though (or perhaps because) Arafat was an unrepentant terrorist until the end of his life.[8] In addition to supporting Arafat, Tibi has also collaborated with the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, another Palestinian terrorist group.[9][10][11][12]
Ahmad Tibi
Terror, Jihad
The, former Arafat advisor, Arab-Islamic MK Ahmad Tibi is a known supporters of terror.[13][11][14]
Around the 1991 Saddam's scud missiles attack on Israel, Ahmed Tibi said:[4] "Among Israeli Arabs, there is more sympathy for Iraq than for other countries in the Gulf. Saddam is seen as a brave man who can stand up to the United States, which has always symbolized for us the most consistent anti-Arab power and gave political, military, and economic backing to the occupation of the territories. Second, there is no The Arabs in Israel are too fraternized with the corrupt oil princes. Thirdly, we, the Arabs in Israel, also want to see a strong military force... with bargaining power, in front of the United States-Israel-Israel axis."
In Apr 2010, with other Arab NKs, visited Muammar Gaddafi.[15]
In 2011 he preached his Shaidism preach, glorifying Jihadi "martydom."[16]
He was eprimanded in 2012 over this.[17][18]
In July 2017, Ahmad Tibi incited the Arab crowds regarding Al Aqsa Mosque and the crowd responded with the genocidal Jihadi cry: Khyabar."[19]
In 2022, Ahmad Tibi, still glorified terrorists.[20]
Bigotry
Ahmad Tibi was accused of being "the chief racist" by a MK person of color.[21] And another MK person of color telling Tibi: "the fact that you keep talking about Ethiopians, Russians and immigrants only emphasizes the racism over and over again."[22]
Tibi stated to a Druze, "my shoe is cleaner than your community." [23]
At least in 2006 he was accused of advocated for Arab supremacy and anti-Jewish apartheid.[24]
Tibi is a race baiter. Accused of "racism and incitement" rhetoric.[25]
In Mar 2020, Ahmad Tibi looked at a bereaved mother, and raised his hand in a triumphant gesture. Naftali Bennett told Tibi "you are devilish, jerk!"[26]
In 2020, Tibi incited with a vicious lie, outrageously inventing as if soldiers were supposedly "spitting", Tibi said, in order to infect (sic. Tibi) with Corona.[27]
In 2021, Tibi abused the Holocaust memory on International Holocaust Remembrance Day.[13]
In 2021 Tibi called for transfer of Jews out of Israel.[28]
Lying
Already early on, Tibi was proven in court that he lied.[29]
Pallywood: In Nov 2022, MK Ahmad Tibi, Anti-Israeli organizations published a photo of a boy who fell off his bicycle and was injured as if he had been attacked by "settlers" in Hebron.[30]
Violence
Physical violence by Ahmad Tibi goes back at least to 1987 at Hadassah hospital, where he was fired after hitting a security guard. Then in 2015, again attacking security guards.[31] And in 2021 hitting a policeman on the Temple Mount.[32]
Controversy
At Operation Breaking Dawn, Ahmad Tibi rushed to tweet graphic pics (a favorite repeated "Palestinian" vicious inciting method of spreading around blooded photos of kids) and blaming Israel, despite proof it was from a failed Palestinian attack.[33][34] Only after already slammed, he deleted the purposely lying tweet.[35] He then stopped talking about it, as even anti Israel media pointed to Palestinian fault. Proving his "honest concern" about Palestinian-Arab lives - when he can't use it for his hateful propaganda.

The Arab Aida Touma-Suleiman, at the 8th conference of the Hadash party, Aida Tuma with other Arabs sang about 3 Arab Muslim "Palestinians" who took part in the 1929 Hebron massacre,[36] which targeted pious religious Jews non-Zionists;[37][38][39] in Mar, 2020, this Arab MK Suleiman was accused of racism and lying, spreading libels;[40] her embrace of paroled PFLP terrorist, in Sep/2021, sparked outrage;[41][42] Aida Touma casted a known criminal --who happened to be an Arab-- shot by undercover cops during an anti crime operation, as some "victim by police" and used a reference to a poem recited in State Memorial Days;[43] in Oct, 2021 as Bahraini Arabs visited Israel in commemorating the Abraham Accord, Touma Suleiman called out on them in derogatory term, to the meaning of 'spit on you'[44][45][46] when a Shahid-in-the-waiting, Fatah linked Muhammad Salima, Arab racist terrorist targeting a Haredi, stabbing him, who was eliminated,[47] Aida Touma-Suleiman tweeted on the subject: ".. is a horrible and terrible crime, this is the reality that the occupation produces."[48] At the 2022 wave of Arab terror, she refused to condemn harm to civilians in Jerusalem.[49]
She propagated jihadism, glorified terror murderers as 'shahid' the Islamists term. Such as in Oct 2022, after 6 terrorists of Nablus eliminated.[50]

The meeting with the ruler of Libya, Muammar Gaddafi, resulted in MK Ahmed Tibi being reprimanded by the Knesset's ethics committee. The other five MKs who were with him were not reprimanded, because this was the first complaint against them.
The Knesset's ethics committee decided today (Monday) to reprimand only MK Ahmed Tibi (RAM-Ta'al) because of his trip to Libya and his meeting with its ruler, Muammar Gaddafi. The committee decided not to impose sanctions against the five other members of the Knesset who participated in the meeting, because This was the first time that such a complaint was filed against them. The discussion of the actual trip was transferred to the Knesset plenum.
The debate was held today following three contracts submitted due to the trip of six members of the Knesset to Libya in April.

Notice an interesting phenomena, all these Israeli Arab members of Knesset (who are equal citizens, legally entitled to be elected to Israel's parliament - unlike in Judenrein Palestine) are attacking Israeli society and its institutions... rather than looking closer to home for the answers.
No, it's not the vicious mass murder of Jews in malls, cafes and on buses by Arab terrorists... No, it's not the apartheid-style (or is that Nazi-style?) demand for a Judenrein Gaza, a Judenrein Palestine, even by so-called moderates like Mahmoud Abbas. No, it's not the consistent polls for the last five years showing 50-80% "Palestinian" support for suicide bombings, or the fact that Hamas garnered 58% of the vote in the recent elections in the Palestinian Authority. No, it's not the recent announcements by Hamas leaders of their intention to continue what they euphemistically call the "resistance", better called genocidal attacks against Jews in Israel.
No, It's not the public support Israeli Arabs, both leaders and led, both educated and not, have voiced for the Hamas victory in the PA. No, it's not the growing active participation of Israeli Arabs in terrorism against Israeli Jews. No, it's not their own admission of disloyalty toward the State of Israel. No, it's not their own call for apartheid-style segregation, and Arab supremacist rights in Israel itself. No, it's not any of the above reasons that many Jews have negative feelings toward Arabs in Israel.
No, it's all the Jews' fault, according to Tibi, Al-Sana, Barakeh and others. How intellectually "honest"; how utterly perfidious of them. It sounds to me like classic anti-Semitism, Jew-hatred and Judeopathy.
