If you continue your efforts at RationalWiki, you will become more and more like them.  The wiki has a history of malevolent people. And there have been some notable instances of people there who are mentally unstable at that wiki. :::If you want to curb your RW usage and realize it is a hindrance in your life, then switch to Wikipedia for a while. Then taper down your Wikipedia usage where you do less and less Wikipedia editing each day. Like set a limit on how much Wikipedia editing you do each day and make it less and less each day until it's gone.

Another alternative is to go "cold turkey" and abruptly end your RationalWiki and other wiki editing.

Both of these developments may be a sign of future web traffic loss. RationalWiki has 7,000+ pages of web content, but not enough editors to keep the content updated. RationalWiki is in a downward spiral that is more concerned with the ideological purity of its editors rather than the quality of its editors. So the future of that wiki is grim. On top of this, the politically left-of-center faction of USA politics in the USA is probably going to suffer some bruising defeats in 2022 so that might be a demotivator in terms of volunteers. So if you are looking for people to actually read your content in the future, RationalWiki is not a good place to post content.
