====DC Cinematic Universe====
In 2013, WB announced that Ben Affleck would play ''Batman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'', the sequel to the 2013 [[Superman]] reboot, ''Man of Steel''. The film will start a cinematic universe for the DC characters, similar to the Marvel movies. This version of Batman is said to be older than previous ones, with a costume that's more accurate to what is seen in the comics.
