The Widow's Mite, or Widow's Offering, is an observation by Jesus a tiny donation by a poor widow into the Second Temple was larger than the greater amounts donated by those from their abundance. This is explained at Mark 12:41–44 and Luke 21:1–4 , but is an Omission in Matthew.

Notice that Jesus says that smaller contribution by the poor widow is actually more, despite being less. He doesn't say that it seems like more, or counts like more, or should be considered as more.
