The term Muscovite-Jewish mafia is a derogatory phrase used in antisemitic rhetoric, particularly by Ukrainian far-right nationalists.[2]

The most notable usage comes from Oleh Tyahnybok,[3] leader of the Svoboda (Freedom) party (a Ukrainian nationalist group with historical neo-Nazi ties), who in a 2004 speech agitating for the Orange Revolution called for Ukrainians to fight against a "Muscovite-Jewish mafia" who were allegedly controlling the country from Moscow under Vladimir Putin.
