Adam Schiff
Adam Schiff is a member of the United States House of Representatives from California and chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI). Schiff is known for what many have described as his psychotic stare. In 2018 it was reported Schiff sought to obtain nude photos of President Trump.[1]
In the 116th Congress, Schiff served as ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee tasked with looking into "Russian hacking" and the Obama administration's domestic political spying. In the aftermath of Hillary Clinton's 2016 Presidential election loss, Democrats, Obama intelligence operatives, and the Progressive media put out the fake news story that "Russians hacked the DNC." Such reports were subsequently discredited.

Schiff has inspired the creation of multiple neologisms, including "bullschiff" to describe the Schiff memo.
