Ben Ray Luján is a U.S. representative from New Mexico's 3rd district.
U.S. House of Representatives
Luján voted in favor of the left-wing Equality Act[1] and has expressed "hope" that young Republicans to push for what he considers "diversity".[2]
Luján supported the impeachment coup "investigation" against Donald Trump[3] and voted along with his party line on both articles to impeach the president.[4]
2020 Senate run
After incumbent senator Tom Udall announced in March 2019 that he wasn't seeking re-election in 2020,[5] Luján soon declared his run for the seat.[6]
Political views
Luján is a liberal who supports ObamaCare, raising taxes on the wealthy, stimulus spending bills, and raising the minimum wage.[7]
